We have a number of volunteer coaches who run our drills and skills for the hour
What to wear
They can wear anything they like!
As part of their rego fees they will get a T-shirt from Netball Australia and a netball that is theirs to keep.
We love seeing everyone in their T-Shirt but no pressure to wear it.
- Sneakers
- Comfy Clothes
- No earrings or Jewellery to play in (Medical Bracelet ok)
Cost
Before you register please email Chris and get your Menai Hawks Voucher which will reduce the cost to $50.
DO NOT register without the voucher.
On top of the voucher you can also use an Active Kids voucher if you have one. Please note, there is no change given on the Active Kids Voucher if used.

Addition Games
For those kids who may of done Netta last year or looking for a more structured game. We enter a Menai Hawks team into the Sutherland Shire Netball Association Net structure. This is a social comp
They get to wear the uniform and play a real game on the courts at Bellingara.
This doesn't happen until round 4 and will take place along side the 8-9yrs competition on Friday Nights at Miranda.
There is no pressure to join this team but we will reach out to parents when we start to see how many are interested.

We have a number of volunteer coaches who dedicate their afternoon to train our little ones and give them the first taste of Netball.
It's modified rules with skills and drills to suit our 5,6,7yr olds learn all the skills while enjoying fitness and fun.
NET SKILLS AND DRILLS
Netball for Boys and Girls who are 5, 6, 7yr olds.
Start FRIDAY 15th March 2024.

Not ready to sign your kid up for a full season of Netball? Its all starts on this court. Join us for Skills and Drills with a fun game at the end of each hour to learn the Netball basics.
The rules and equipment have been modified to be developmentally suitable for kids aged 5, 6, 7yrs. The use of modified rules and equipment reduces competitive stress, allowing children more time and space to practice and develop skills.
This increases the opportunity to make friends, learn social skills and most importantly have FUN!
