We’d like to welcome our newest umpires to the Menai Hawks Umpiring Program - Liana, Jasmine, Ben, Ivy, Elijah, Zoe, Eliza, Georgia, Lee-Anne and Ashleigh. As well as returning umpire Gabie. They all did an amazing job in round 1 and we can’t wait to continue to watch them develop over the season 🌟

Today we had our umpire development clinic where all our new and returning umpires took part in some training drills, a rules session, and finally the opportunity to umpire a junior and senior game. A massive thank you to all our committee members that made it happen, to our umpires for taking part, the players for coming out on a Sunday for a practice game, and finally a massive thank you to our mentoring team! What an amazing day it was and we look forward to seeing everyone out on the court next Saturday! 😊
