14 Div 2 Round 4 had a great 31-18 win against Thistles today and welcomed their newest player Sophia to the team.

Great game out there today for 16/17 team 2 🤩 Proud to get the win against Magpies 31 - 9. Shout out to Sophie for filling in for us today 🙏

All smiles from our 12T1 girls today! A solid win against Eagles 29-10. Cupcakes and birthday cheers for Chloe to top it off!

8T3 was on fire tonight! Brooke got the winning goal this week, Leah player of the match and everyone played their hearts out 💛

9T2 girls are having so much fun and improving every week.

9T1 had a great game tonight and really showed how far their skills have come since last year. Unfortunately, the score didn’t reflect this but very proud of this little team!

8T3 had their first ever game!! Millie opening our score sheet with our first goal. Everyone was amazing and tried their little hearts out. 1-1 final score ❤️

9T2 had the best time playing in the rain. Included some swimming in puddles 😂

3 wins in a row to start the season for 17T1 👍🏻 55-24, 39-26, 41-36

Today Menai had two umpires, Mia and Dylan, umpiring at the Bankstown Rep Carnival! What a great experience it was for them!

Good luck to Gracie Metliss umpiring at the Regional Academies of Sport in Tamworth this weekend.

All hands in for 12T1 winning 62-4 today! Such a great team, going from strength to strength. They were calm, consistent and focused. Go Hawks!!

Yesterday at the Swifts game MENAI HAWKS participated in the “Swifts Club Challenge” a passing/shooting relay against West Pennant Hills. Representing us was Dylan, Sophie, Emily and Kadie!
They were absolute super starts on centre court and did our club proud. After that Ellie from our under 8s was the match day little leader running out with the team. What a day!! Thank you @nswswifts for inviting us!

Tonight a few of our Coaching Team were treated to our Annual Susan Pettit Coaching Clinic. Learning new drills and how to apply them in training and game play. Thank you to our 12’s and 13’s players (and their parents) for coming along and running the drills with Susan!

We’d like to welcome our newest umpires to the Menai Hawks Umpiring Program - Liana, Jasmine, Ben, Ivy, Elijah, Zoe, Eliza, Georgia, Lee-Anne and Ashleigh. As well as returning umpire Gabie. They all did an amazing job in round 1 and we can’t wait to continue to watch them develop over the season 🌟
